We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia and worldwide.
Australia Domestic Orders: Orders are sent from Sydney and will arrive between 2-8 business days on Standard Shipping and 1-4 Business Days on Express Shipping.
International Shipping: Orders tend to be delivered between 5-20 business days depending on location.
Pre-order items will be shipping on the next available date advised in the description.
All items are quality checked before they are sent.
Products are not available for returns or refunds if:
- The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
- In the event of a customer’s change of mind
- The items don't suit you
- The items don't fit you (details on sizing is provided in the description of each product)
In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged during, you should email us at contact@toshijewels.com.au to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging. Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items. Please see more information here
