In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged, you should email us at email@example.com to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging. Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items.
Products are eligible for return if:
- Damage occurs to the items during shipment
Products are not available for return if:
- The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
- In the event of a customer’s change of mind
- The items don't suit you
- The items don't fit you (details on sizing is provided in the description of each product)
Can I exchange my item/s?
We DO NOT accept exchange of any items due to change of mind/doesn't suit your needs. Our products have specifications in their description which give you details on the products. This includes the length and weight of the products.
Can I cancel my order?
Please notify us within 24hours of making your order if you wish to cancel he purchase. If your order has not been sent we can honour this request.
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
