Measurements: 19cm by 12cm
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Australia Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within 2-8 business days and Express delivery within 1-4 business days.
- International DHL Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
For pre-order items, shipping will occur on the next available date as stated in the product description.
All items are quality checked before they are sent.
Products are not available for returns or refunds if:
- The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
- In the event of a customer’s change of mind
- The items don't suit you
- The items don't fit you (details on sizing is provided in the description of each product)
In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged during transit, you should email us at contact@toshijewels.com.au to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging. Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items. Please see more information here
