Products are not available for returns or refunds if:

In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged during transit, you should email us at contact@toshijewels.com.au to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging.
