All items are quality checked before they are sent.
Products are not available for returns or refunds if:
- The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
- In the event of a customer’s change of mind
- The items don't suit you
- The items don't fit you (details on sizing is provided in the description of each product)
In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged during, you should email us at contact@toshijewels.com.au to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging.
