We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia and worldwide.

Australia Domestic Orders: Orders are sent from Sydney and will arrive between 2-8 business days on Standard Shipping and 1-4 Business Days on Express Shipping.

International Shipping: Orders tend to be delivered between 5-20 business days depending on location.

In the unlikely scenario your item is damaged during, you should email us at contact@toshijewels.com.au to notify us of the return as soon as possible once receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging.
